Add/Remove Phone Lines
Adding a new line to your account may take up to 24 hours to process.
While you are waiting, you will be able to configure routing rules for a temporary line.
You will be notified by email when the new line is available for use.
End A Subscription
Phone lines with a canceled subscription will remain available until the end
of their current monthly billing cycle or the next 3 days, whichever is later,
giving you the opportunity to retrieve any data you wish to save.
After this grace period, we will delete all call records, routing rules and voicemail
associated with the old line.
If you want to port your number to another service,
or you change your mind, contact support@phonejanitor.com during this interval.
